Wilson H. Ruth, age 85, of Limerick, PA passed away on Saturday, November 5, 2022 at his daughter's home in Gilbertsville, PA.

He was born in Philadelphia, PA on September 16, 1937, the son of the late Eugene F. Ruth, Sr. and the late Gladys (Rahm) Ruth.

Wilson was a motorcycle enthusiast and loved fitness, especially running marathons, rugby and boxing. He was talented and enjoyed playing saxophone and harmonica, and he loved to dance, especially tapdancing. He loved his dogs Henry, Bill/Kojo, and William.

He honorably served in the U.S. Army.

He is survived by four daughters, Diana Ruth (Raymond Maxwell) of New Jersey, Sarah (Neil) McDevitt of North Wales, PA, Eileen (Frank) Gallagher of Gilbertsville, PA, and Rebekah (Matthew) Loney of King of Prussia, PA; son, Daniel Ruth of Philadelphia, PA; and ten grandchildren, Krystina, Santino, Vinny, Ethan, Benjamin, Luke, Harrison, Amelia, Mallory and Bridget. He is also survived by his former wives, Frieda Sharp and Maryhelen Ruth; as well as nieces and nephews.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Patricia Stuardi, Eugene Ruth Jr., Robert Violand and George Violand.

Relatives and friends are invited to the viewing on Thursday evening, November 10, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 224 W. Main St., Trappe, PA 19426 and on Friday morning from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Good Shepherd Chapel at Limerick Garden of Memories, 44 E. Arcadia Drive, Limerick, PA 19468.

A Funeral Service will take place at 10:30 AM in the Chapel.

Interment will follow in the adjoining cemetery.
