William A. Smoll, age 93, of East Norriton, PA passed away on Saturday, December 3, 2022.

He was born in Green Lane, PA on October 8, 1929, the son of the late Clarence and Evelyn (Ackerman) Smoll.

Bill worked repairing type writers before owning and operating his Charlie Chip business. He was a longtime member of St. James' Episcopal Church. He honorably served in the U.S. Army from 1948-1952.

He was the husband of the late Geraldine R. (Woods) Smoll.

He is survived by his daughter, Judy (& Roger) Miller of King of Prussia; three grandsons, Matthew (& Kelly) Miller, William Maypole, and Jamie Maypole; and great grandson, Jaxon Miller.

Along with his wife and parents, Bill was preceded in death by his daughter, Constance Maypole.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Memorial Service at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at St. James' Episcopal Church, 3768 Germantown Pike, Collegeville, PA 19426.

Interment will take place in George Washington Memorial Park.
