William C. Fulton, age 63, of Limerick, PA passed away on Sunday, January 1, 2023.

He was born in Philadelphia, PA on December 27, 1959, the son of the late William H. and Dorothy (Kozlowski) Fulton.

Bill has been living in Limerick for 35 years, formerly of Norristown, PA. He was a graduate of Norristown Area High School and Widener University, where he played football and was a member of the Division III National Championship Team. He was a member of the Teamsters and had a long career as a Truck Driver for Volpe Express.

He is survived by his wife, Betsey J. Fulton (née Appel) of Limerick; daughter, Sarah (Scott) Anderson and granddaughter, Sadie, of Spotswood, NJ; son, Michael Fulton of Ardmore, PA; brother in-law, Stephen Brady of Skippack, PA; and nieces Colleen (Chris) Wynne and Mary Kate (Shawn) Haines.

Along with his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his sister, Kathy Brady.

Relatives and friends are invited to the visitation on Saturday, January 7, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM, followed by his Funeral Service at 10:30 AM in the Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 19 East Germantown Pike, East Norriton, PA 19401.

The family would like their friends and family to join them for a luncheon following the service.

Entombment will be private in George Washington Memorial Park, Plymouth Meeting, PA.
