Walter J. Veltz, age 92, of Rochester, NY passed away on Saturday, April 29, 2023 at The Quadrangle in Haverford, PA.

He was born in Rochester, NY on August 30, 1930, the son of the late Walter Edward and Blanche M. (St. Pierre) Veltz.

Walter lived most of his life in Rochester before moving to Haverford, PA in January 2022. He was a parishioner of St. Theodore RC Church of Rochester. Prior to his retirement, he had a career as an Expeditor for Kodak.

He is survived by his sister, Joy (the late Joseph) Lawrence of Newtown Square, PA; brother, David (Paula) Veltz of Leland, NC; three nieces and three nephews.

His Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, May 24 at 11:00 AM from St. John the Evangelist RC Church, 55 Martha St., Spencerport, NY 14559.

Interment will take place in St. John the Evangelist Cemetery.
