Vladimir Kestelman, of King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, passed peacefully at the age of 88 on August 3, 2026, in his home, surrounded by his loving family.

Born on November 15, 1938, in Pravdinsk, Russia, Vladimir lived a life defined by intellect, dedication, and deep devotion to those he loved. He pursued higher education with distinction, graduating from the Technological Institute in Odessa, Ukraine, before completing postgraduate studies at the Moscow Technological Institute. He went on to earn the title of Doctor of Technical Sciences, a reflection of his lifelong commitment to learning and innovation.

Vladimir built an accomplished academic career, beginning at the Moscow Technological Institute of Food Industry and later serving as a Professor at the Moscow Aviation Institute. Widely respected in his field, he authored 32 books and published more than 300 scientific articles, contributing lasting knowledge to science and engineering.

After immigrating to the United States in 1991, Vladimir applied his expertise as an entrepreneur in healthcare and technology. With determination and vision, he found success once again, embracing new challenges while continuing to share his insight and experience.

Above all, Vladimir will be remembered as a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He shared 39 loving years of marriage with his wife, Natasha Kestelman, and was immensely proud of his daughters, Tatiana Kestelman, Lubov Gurariy of Russia, and Marina Kestelman of Israel, as well as his six cherished grandchildren. His family was the center of his world, and he worked tirelessly to support and uplift them.

Known for his kindness, warmth, and gentle humor, Vladimir had a rare gift of making others feel welcome and valued. His quick wit, generous spirit, and steady presence brought comfort and joy to those around him. He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
