Thomas Riley Fischer, 31, of Baltimore, MD passed away Friday, October 17, 2025.
He was born in East Norriton, Pa on August 20, 1994, the son of David and Patricia (Riley) Fischer.
Thomas has been living in Baltimore for over 2 years, formerly of Trappe and Skippack, Pa.
He graduated from Perkiomen Valley High School and West Chester University and was a member of Phi Kappa Tau fraternity.
He worked with Morgan Stanley.

Tommy will forever be remembered for his infallible music recommendations and quick wit. He was a passionate Ravens fan and could often be found in the gym lifting stupidly heavy weights. He loved dogs, especially his dog Kirk. Tommy had a big heart and was a solid shoulder for his friends to lean on. He was always there to listen or help someone. He looked forward to vacationing in spots he had never traveled to and found peace near the water. The highlight of his visits back to Pennsylvania was always the time spent with his nieces and nephew and the adoration he had for them was mutual. His absence leaves a hole that will never be filled.
His Memorial Service will be held Saturday, October 25, 2025 at 12:00 PM from Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 224 West Main Street, Trappe, PA.
