Terry Swede, age 81, of Hatfield, PA passed away on Tuesday, May 30, 2023.

He was born in Norristown, PA on December 2, 1941, the son of the late Thaddeus "Teddy" Swede and the late Virginia (Zonsa) Swede.

Prior to his retirement, Terry worked as a Shipper for Stroehmann Bakery. He enjoyed horseracing and was an avid sports fan, especially football. Most of all, he loved spending time with his granddaughters.

He honorably served during the Vietnam War in the U.S. Army.

He was the husband of the late Elizabeth "Betty" (DeMeno) Swede.

He is survived by his daughter, Lisa (& William) Ronan of Hatfield, PA; sister, Gloria Swede of King of Prussia; two granddaughters, Laurie (& Jim Davanzo) Ronan and Elizabeth (& James) Dierkes; and great granddaughter, Abigail Dierkes.

Along with his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Joseph Swede.

His Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, June 3, 2023 at 11:30 AM in St. Augustine Cemetery, 175 West DeKalb Pike, King of Prussia, PA.
