Sally A. Higgs, age 82, of Schwenksville, PA passed away on Sunday, June 2, 2024.

She was born in Washington, DC on January 10, 1942, the daughter of the late Mathew M. and Catherine (Lathroum) Higgs.

Sally has been a resident of Schwenksville for over 30 years. She was a faithful parishioner of St. Mary's RC Church. She was a Kindergarten teacher for 35 years at William Penn Elementary School in Chester, PA.

She is survived by her family including Lois Meyer and her brother Fred Meyer (Fred's sons Roy and Aaron, Fred's wife Joelyn, and daughter Nicole) to whom she was a wonderful, loving and caring Mom-Mom, as well as dear friends.

Her Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, June 11, 2024 at 11:00 AM from St. Mary's RC Church, 40 Spring Mount Road, Schwenksville, PA 19473. Relatives and friends are invited to the viewing on Tuesday morning from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Church.

Interment will take place in SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to St. Mary's Church, 40 Spring Mount Road, Schwenksville, PA 19473 or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
