Roberta Pedron, 86, passed away peacefully on Friday, July 31, 2026 at 9:48AM, after 19 months of various medical issues. She was a resident of Elm Terrace Gardens, Lansdale, PA.

Roberta was born January 26, 1940. The 3rd daughter of Joseph Samuel & Mary Madeline Pedron. She grew up in Kulpmont, PA, attended St Mary's elementary school (now Holy Angels Catholic Church) and Franklin Delanor Roosevelt High School, where she graduated in 1957. She also obtained her beautician license in 1957, and worked as a manicurist for some time. Eventually, she moved to Philadelphia and found employment at PECO as a Key Punch Operator. These were the very early days of computerization.

Roberta, always the tomboy, loved sports. She was pitcher of a local softball team, loved roller skating and bowling, wining a trophy for bowling a 195! She also loved animals and always had a dog. As a child she dreamed of owning her own horse and did fulfill that dream when she relocated to Atco, NJ. She owned a horse the remainder of her life. She rode daily and her dog always tagged along. 

As you would expect, Roberta was a rabid Eagles fan. She would take her nieces and nephews to see the Eagles play whenever she could.

Roberta moved to Lansdale at age 82 to be closer to family. Unfortunately, she was unable to bring her horse with her, and missed her very much. Fortunately, we found Sebastion Riding Associates, a therapeutic riding academy in Collegeville, where she was able to ride weekly.

She was predeceased in death by her parents and elder sister, Mary Jo Armstrong. She is survived by her sister, Geraldine Fuller, 9 nieces and nephews. David (Sheila) Cooley, Christine (Joseph) Bevivino, Daneen Lowry, Diane (Frank) Sambrick, Debbie Adams, Gregory (Ellen) Nolff, Glenn (Deniz) Nolff, James Nolff, Joseph Nolff, 23 Grand nieces & nephews and 20 Great-Grand nieces & nephews.

Funeral services will be held on September 19, 2026 at:

Corpus Christi Roman Catholic Church

900 Sumneytown Pike Lansdale, PA 19446.

Visitation will begin at 10AM and followed by the Funeral Mass at 10:30AM.
