Robert M. "Bob" Heyberger, age 79, of Plymouth Meeting, PA passed away on Monday, July 13, 2026.

He was born in Bellevue, MD on August 13, 1946, the son of the late Albert M. "Hy" Heyberger and the late Kathleen "Kay" (Burke) Courtney.

Bob had been residing at Brandywine Senior Living in Phoenixville, PA since April 2025. He was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Norristown, PA and served as a literature servant. He worked as a lineman and computer systems technician for Verizon (and previously Bell of PA and Bell Atlantic). He was a skilled bowler and avid bird watcher. Bob loved rooting for the Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies. He often vacationed in the Smoky Mountains. Bob will be remembered for his warm smile, dedication to his family and community, and his collection of caps.

He is survived by his wife, Julie Heyberger (nee Ryder); son, Raymond Heyberger; daughter, Alison Heyberger; step daughter and son-in-law, Heather Keiser (nee Kary) and Tom Keiser; and two grandchildren, Fox and Westley.

Services and interment will be private.
