Rita M. McArthur

Rita M. (Carfagno) McArthur, 96, of Conshohocken, PA passed away Monday, May 29, 2023.

She was born in Bridgeport, Pa on April 10, 1927, the daughter of the late Jack and the late Rachel Carfagno.

Rita has lived in Conshohocken since 1956, formerly of Bridgeport where she was born and raised.

She was a member of St. Matthew's RC Church.

She worked as a Book Keeper with Wood Chevrolet, Borse Chevrolet, Melchiore Chevrolet, Conicelli Chevrolet and retired from Carfagno Chevrolet.

Rita most enjoyed spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.

She was the wife of Late - Robert Daniel McArthur.

Survivors include, Son Robert D. (& Deborah) McArthur, Jr. of Maple Glen, Pa, Son Daniel R. (& Lynn) McArthur of East Norriton, Pa, Son Thomas J. (& Trish) McArthur of Conshohocken, Pa, also survived by her Grandchildren Robert, Kenneth, Daniel, Kathryn, Joseph and Robert, and Great Grandchildren Tommy and Lennon.

Along with her husband and parents she was preceded in death by 3 sisters Mary DiMarco, Bessie Blanche and Palma Pizza and 2 brothers John Carfagno and Charles Carfagno.

Her Funeral Mass will be held Friday, June 2, 2023 at 10:30 AM from St. Matthew's RC Church, 219 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, PA.

Friends may call on Friday, June 2, 2023 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at St. Matthew's RC Church, 219 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, PA.

Interment will take place in Calvary Cemetery, West Conshohocken, PA.
