Raymond Douglas
Diesinger
Jan 31, 1992 — Apr 5, 2024
Raymond Douglas Diesinger, better known as Doug, passed away on April 5, 2024 at his home in Schwenksville, PA.
Doug was the devoted and loving son of R. Donald Diesinger and Susan (Heller) Diesinger.
Doug is the father of Grayson Douglas Diesinger and Mason Buck Diesinger; brother to Samantha (Diesinger) Schaffer and her husband John Schaffer; uncle to Caden, Blake, Deacon, Emmett and Nash; grandson to Maureen Heller and Edward Smith; loving companion to Samantha Curry; and step father to Aurora.
He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins, too numerous to name, but you know who you are. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Raymond Douglas "Buck" Diesinger, Teresa (Rosenberger) Smith, Richard Heller, and James and Virginia Klingelhoeffer.
Doug was an electrician by trade. He worked for Electrical Design Build, known as EDB, since he graduated high school. His boss, Jim Taylor, treated Doug like a son.
Those we love don't go away, they walk beside us every day. Doug was a free spirit who lived life on the edge. He always spoke from the heart and feared nothing and no one. He had a knack for making everyone laugh and was most of all a friend to everyone he met. For those of you who knew Doug, you know he had no filter; which was sometimes to a fault.
He was heavily involved in GAIA and could see and feel things most people will never understand. He was a man that loved so fiercely and deeply, that only a lucky few will ever get to experience that kind of love. His spirit will remain a shining star in the lives of his family and friends forever.
Doug enjoyed being outdoors, sitting around a fire, and making people laugh. He was a simple man and just wanted everyone to have a good time and be happy.
