Patrick Comparin Jr. Obituary

Patrick J. Comparin, Jr., of Plymouth Meeting, PA passed away Tuesday, July 7, 2026. He was born in Menomonee Falls, WI on January 14, 1990, the son of Patrick J. Comparin, Sr. and Lori (Robinson) Rhodes.

Patrick grew up in Bettendorf, IA and graduated from Pleasant Valley High School. He received his undergraduate degree from Grinnell College and his law degree from The University of Iowa. Upon graduation from law school, Patrick moved to Washington D.C. and joined the law firm of Morgan, Lewis and Bockius. After four years in the Washington D.C. office, Patrick moved to the company's world headquarters in Philadelphia PA. Patrick was an amazing individual with courage, determination and an incredible zest for life. He was a positive influence in the lives of all who knew him and will be sorely missed.

Patrick was engaged to Samantha Bernstein. The two were planning a 2027 wedding. Theirs was a love story for the ages. Patrick's sister Ashley and her soon to be husband, Matt lived nearby in King of Prussia, PA. The two couples were the best of friends.

Patrick will be missed dearly by his mother, Lori and her husband Bill Rhodes, His father, Patrick Comparin Sr. and his partner Valerie Horvat, his fiancée Samantha Bernstein, his sister Ashley Comparin and her fiancé Matthew Clark, his stepbrothers Billy (Laura), Andrew (Megan) and David Rhodes and his aunt, uncle and cousins James, Kathleen, Taylor, Garrett and Krissa Robinson.

A family Life Celebration will be held the day prior to Ashley and Matthew's wedding weekend in August.
