Patricia G. (Carfagno) Mellon, 78, of King of Prussia, PA passed away Saturday, December 17, 2022.
She was born in Norristown, PA on October 25, 1944, the daughter of the late Anthony and the late Frances (Milakeve) Carfagno.
Patti, as she was known by many, has lived in King of Prussia since 1971, formerly of West Conshohocken, and the Black Horse Section of Plymouth Township.
She graduated from Bishop Kenrick High School in Norristown, PA and was a member of Mother of Divine Providence RC Church of King of Prussia, PA.
She was also a member of the Sons and Daughters of Italy, Valley Forge Chapter and the West Conshohocken Home Towners.
She worked for Upper Merion Township, Main Line Transfer, Sears Logistics, Minter's Candy, as well as many years as a homemaker while raising her two children.
Patti was the loving wife of Thomas G. Mellon for more than 57 years.
Survivors include Spouse Thomas G. Mellon of King of Prussia, PA, Son Thomas A. (& Leila) Mellon of Limerick, PA, Daughter Christine M. (& Paul ) Kolbmann of Pottstown, PA, Sister Michele Van Arman of East Norriton, PA, also survived by her six Grandchildren Joshua (& Jill) Mellon, Emily Kolbmann, Jacob (& Zyda) Mellon, Katherine Kolbmann (& husband-to-be Cody Steele), Noah Mellon and Elizabeth Mellon, her Great Granddaughter Brooke Mellon, and expected Great Grandchild in 2023.
Along with her parents she was preceded in death by a Sister Maria Carfagno.
The Memorial Service will be held Thursday, December 22, 2022 at Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 300 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, PA.
Friends may call on Thursday, December 22, 2022 from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the funeral home, Memorial Service will begin at 10:00 AM.
Interment will be private.
