Pasquale J. Marchese, 87, of West Conshohocken, PA passed away on Sunday, June 1, 2025.
He was born in Norristown, PA on May 31, 1938, the son of the late Joseph "Sharkey" and Domenica "Minnie" (Turano) Marchese.
Pat lived most of his life in West Conshohocken and was a former parishioner of St. Gertrude RC Church. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, watching NASCAR races and trips to Disney World.
He had a long career as a crane operator for Worthington Steel.
He honorably served in the U.S. Navy on the John W. Weeks Destroyer 701 from 1956 - 1960.
He was the husband of the late Maryann (Zadroga) Marchese.
He is survived by his daughter Patricia (Francesco) Taormina of King of Prussia; son, David (Mary) Marchese of Audubon; brother, Joseph Marchese of Norristown; sister, Angela (Anthony) Giradi of Eagleville; and brother, Harry Marchese of Norristown. He is also survived by four grandchildren, Paige Taormina, Philicia Taormina (Peter), Catriona Marchese (Shawn Korch) and Bridget Marchese; as well as many nieces and nephews.
His Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, June 5, 2025 at 11:00 AM from St. John Vianney RC Church, 350 Conshohocken State Road Gladwyne, PA 19035.
Relatives and friends are invited to visitations on Wednesday evening, June 4 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 300 Fayette St., Conshohocken, PA 19428 and on Thursday morning, June 5 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Church.
Interment will take place in St. Benedict Cemetery, Conshohocken, PA.
Memorial contributions may be made in his name to the Wounded Warrior Project or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
