Norma Z. Murphy, age 99, of Philadelphia, PA passed away on Saturday, May 25, 2024.

She was born in Philadelphia, PA on October 28, 1924, the daughter of the late Antonio and Antonietta (Vietri) Zicari.

Norma was a longtime resident of the Andorra and Roxborough sections of Philadelphia. She was a parishioner of Immaculate Heart of Mary RC Church.

She was the wife of the late John J. Murphy.

She is survived by three sons, Thomas J. (Catherine) Murphy of Collegeville, John A. (Gwenn) Murphy of Lafayette Hill, and Michael F. Murphy (Maria C. Tallent) of Conshohocken; and daughter, Maria P. Murphy of Philadelphia. She is also survived by three grandchildren, Michelle (Tyler) Schoen, Steven (Killeen) Murphy and Nicole (Christopher) Carr; as well as nine great grandchildren.

Along with her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by nine siblings.

Relatives and friends are invited to the viewing on Wednesday morning, May 29, from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM followed by a Funeral Service at 10:30 AM at Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 300 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, PA 19428.

Interment will take place in Calvary Cemetery, West Conshohocken, PA.
