Matthew J. Moore, II

Matthew J. Moore, II, 67, of Schwenksville, PA passed away Tuesday, January 2, 2024.

He was born in Lower Merion, Pa on December 27, 1956, the son of the late Matthew J. and the late Dorothy (Worrell) Moore.

Matthew has been living in Schwenksville, Pa since 1999, formerly of East Norriton, Pa.

He was a graduated of Bishop Kenrick High School.

Matt was a member of Lower Frederick Fire Co.

He was an active member of NASCAR and worked with local race teams such as Rob Boyer, Tom Miller and Steve Young at Grandview Raceway.

He enjoyed boating, fishing and cars especially Chevrolet Corvettes.

He worked most of his life in various positions in the automotive industry and also Pennsylvania Department of Motor Vehicles in Norristown, Pa.

Survivors include Sister Maureen Moore of Eagleville, Sister Dr. Dorothy M. Moore of Wilmington, DE, also survived by a Nephew Jonathan James Cap and Niece Emily Marian Cap, as well as Many Cousins and friends.

His graveside service and interment will be held on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 at 2:00 PM from St. Matthew's Cemetery, Butler Pike and North Lane, Conshohocken, Pa 19428
