She was born in Frankfort, KY on March 3, 1929, the daughter of the late N.R. Timmons and the late Mattie Bunch Timmons Green.

Jo had been living in Wayne, Pa for over 40 years, formerly of Betzwood, Pa.  She was raised in Frankfort, KY and at the age of 18 moved to Morganfield, KY where she lived with her father and brother on the farm.

Jo's first job was as a switchboard operator in Morganfield, KY and then later in Pennsylvania at Container Corporation. Jo moved on to work as a Secretary with CertainTeed Corporation.

She enjoyed doing needlepoint, embroidery, playing Pinochle and Canasta with the neighbors, reading books, doing crossword puzzles, picking peonies and her dog, Riley. At 7:00 PM her game shows, Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune aired and you knew not to call between 7-8 PM.

She introduced her children to water skiing on the Schuylkill River. Being quite adventurous, we heard stories of Jo and her son racing down Trooper Road in their cars. She was known for her wicked sense of humor and kindness.

She was the wife of Late - Ronald  V. Williams, Jr. and ex-wife of the late Charles W. Moore.

Survivors include, Daughters Karen D. Pierson of Betzwood, PA, and Kimberly Moore of Wayne, PA, her Grandchildren Kimberly Calhoun, Crystal Titzer, Tabitha Zadnik, Brian Pierson, Martin Neighbors, Kenneth Keith, and also survived by 13 Great Grandchildren.
