JUSTIN CONRAD CHADWICK YAMAMOTO (1988-2025), 36, of Pottstown, Pennsylvania, died peacefully at the home he shared with his partner Anjayl, on April 8, 2025.

His family is heartbroken by his sudden and unexpected passing. Despite facing many challenges throughout his life, Justin is now at peace. He will be remembered as a kind-hearted, determined, and loving man whose absence is deeply felt by all who knew him.

Justin was preceded in death by his grandfather Teddy Yamamoto, brother Michael Kendall, and cousin Miyagi Chilombo.

Justin is survived by his three beloved children, Yoshio, Kaheru, and Abeni; along with his father and step-mother Jon and Jennifer Yamamoto, mother Charlotte Smith, and siblings Chon Yamamoto, Christopher (Tannis) Yamamoto, Alfred Escobosa, Skyler Slashinski, Jon Yamamoto, Jr., Sadie Yamamoto, and Clara Yamamoto. He is also survived by his Grandmother Essie Yamamoto, as well as a host of loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

A memorial service for Justin is being held at Holy Cross Cemetery in Culver City, California, on June 13th, 2025. A celebration of his life to directly follow at a nearby location as of yet TBD.
