Joseph A. Reeves, age 69, of Collegeville, PA passed away on Friday, August 11, 2023.

He was born in Philadelphia, PA on July 14, 1954, the son of the late Joseph Reeves and the late Suzanne Reeves (née Sweeney).

Joe has been living in the Collegeville area since 1983, formerly of Oreland and Philadelphia. He was a faithful parishioner of St. Eleanor Catholic Church of Collegeville. He was an avid guitarist and especially loved listening to the Beatles and Yes.

He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Martha A. Reeves (née Pfluger) of Collegeville; daughter, Shawna (& Brook) Reeder of Santa Barbara, CA; son, Patrick (& Carly) Reeves of Lansdale, PA; sister, Margaret Reeves of Lafayette Hill, PA; brother, Jerry (& Jacqueline) Reeves of Oreland, PA; and beloved granddaughter, Cara Reeder.

Along with his parents, Joe was preceded in death by his brother, Patrick Reeves.

His Funeral Mass will be held on August 16, 2023 at 11:30 AM from St. Eleanor RC Church, 647 Locust St., Collegeville, PA 19426.

Relatives and friends are invited to the visitation on the morning of August 16th from 10:30 AM to 11:15 AM at the Church.

Interment will take place in St. Ann's Cemetery, Phoenixville, PA.

Donations may be made to the Sisters of Mary World Villages for Children (https://www.worldvillages.org), an organization close to Joe's heart.
