John B. Pruski, age 81, of Collegeville, PA passed away on Monday, April 29, 2024.
He was born in Philadelphia, PA on September 10, 1942, the son of the late Charles and Felicia (Schultz) Pruski. He was raised in Johnstown, PA.
John lived in Pontiac, IL before moving to Collegeville, PA, where he has lived since 1987. He was a parishioner of St. Eleanor's RC Church. He was a retired Plant Manager for Bunge Corporation. John then owned and operated a landscaping company. He enjoyed playing tennis and spending time at the beach. Most of all, he loved spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Suzanne Pruski (née Schanberger);
six children, Carolyn Leon, Kim (Tom) McHugh, Tracy (Mark) Schumia, Gregory (Jennifer) Pruski, Jaime (Kyle) Rosen, and Matthew Pruski;
two sisters, Irene Mroz and Bernice Pruski;
and two brothers, Gerald (Colleen) Pruski and Timothy Pruski.
He is also survived by ten grandchildren as well as great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
His Memorial Mass will be held on Monday, May 6, 2024 at 11:00 AM at St. Eleanor's RC Church, 647 Locust Street, Collegeville, PA 19426.
Relatives and friends are invited to the visitation on Monday from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Church.
Interment will be private.
