John "Jack" McGrath, age 75, of Gilbertsville, PA passed away on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at his home after a brief illness.

He was born in Conshohocken, PA on September 8, 1948, the son of the late James R. and Marie (Phipps) McGrath.

Jack lived most of his life in Conshohocken before moving to Gilbertsville in 2013. He honorably served in the U.S. Air Force. Jack was a member of VFW Post 1074 of Conshohocken and a life member of Washington Fire Company of Conshohocken.

He was the husband of the late Regina M. "Jean" McGrath (née Moran), who passed in 2019.

He is survived by two sons, Michael (& Lisa) McGrath of Gilbertsville and John McGrath (& Jennifer Anderson) of Boyertown; brother, William McGrath of Plymouth Meeting; eight grandchildren, Thressa (& Ivan), Ayden, Kylie, John Jr., Brenna, Kaylen, Declan and Brayden; two great grandchildren, Ivan and CJ.

Along with his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by siblings, James McGrath, Dorothy Zinni, Paul McGrath and Robert McGrath.

His Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, April 25, 2024 at 10:30 AM from Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 300 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, PA 19428. Relatives and friends are invited to the viewing Thursday morning from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Funeral Home.

Interment will take place in George Washington Memorial Park, Plymouth Meeting, PA.
