John J. Kubas, age 72, of Boston, VA passed away on Friday, February 2, 2024.

He was born in Germany on March 7, 1951, the son of the late Jozef and step-mom Genowefa (Mach) Kubas.

John lived in Conshohocken, PA before moving to Virginia where he has lived for 50 years. He first lived in Fairfax Station, VA and later Boston, VA where he has lived for 23 years. He was a graduate of the former St. Matthew High School of Conshohocken. He was a longtime partner at F & K Pool Service. He enjoyed golf and horse betting.

He is survived by two brothers, Roman (Deborah) Kubas of Hatfield, PA and Edward Kubas of Conshohocken, PA; and nephew and godson, Roman M. Kubas. John was preceded in death by his loving partner of 30 years, Linda Jeanne Hampton.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Funeral Mass on Friday, February 9, 2024 at 12:30 PM in the Barn Chapel at Our Lady of Czestochowa Cemetery, 654 Ferry Rd, Doylestown, PA 18901. Interment will follow in the adjoining Cemetery. A Celebration of Life will be held in Virginia at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The National Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa at the above address.
