John Allen Buler

John Allen Buler, 95, of Conshohocken, PA passed away Friday, January 20, 2023.

He was born at home in Conshohocken, on November 17, 1927, the son of Thomas Daly and Marion (King) Buler.

Al has lived in Gulph Mills all of his life.

He bravely served in the United States Merchant Marines during World War II and trained with the Coast Guard

serving from 1943-1946.

He was a Truck Driver for 40 years for Jones Motors. Later with Kulp and Gordon, Al could build or fix anything. He even built his own home from the ground up and was an integral part of the building and renovations of all his Children's home.

He enjoyed fishing and was an avid Philadelphia Eagles and Philadelphia Phillies fan.

Al was also an amazing horseman and led overnight trail rides on the Horseshoe Trail.

Al was the husband of Late ~ Marie C. ( Millard ) Buler. His wife of 75 years. They took a road trip across the United States on their 50th Anniversary.

Survivors include, Daughter Marie Catherine Heavner of King of Prussia, Pa, Daughter Linda Mary Camburn-Cohen of Lansdale, Pa, Daughter Maureen Tone of Gulph Mills, Pa, Daughter Nancy Ann Quinn of King of Prussia, Pa, Son Dennis Allen Buler of Hartford, CT, Daughter Laurie Andrea Nunez of Gulph Mills, Pa, also survived by 47 Grandchildren and many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.

His Funeral Service will be held Thursday, January 26, 2023 at 11:00 AM from Gulph United Church of Christ, 101 Matsonford Rd, West Conshohocken, PA.

Friends may call on Thursday, January 26, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the church.

Interment will take place in Gulph Christian Cemetery, West Conshohocken, PA.
