James "Jim" Hanbridge, 83, of Malvern, PA passed away on Saturday, March 23, 2024.

He was born in Queens, NY on January 10, 1941, the son of the late Albert P. and Catherine (Foley) Hanbridge.

Jim was a resident of Yorktown Heights, NY for more than 50 years. He had a distinguished 42 year career as a math teacher and department chair at Cardinal Spellman High School in the Bronx, NY.

He is survived by his wife, Virginia Hanbridge (nee Carioscia); son, Michael (Juliana) Hanbridge; two daughters, Patty (Matt) Alzamora and Melissa (Jason) Webber; brother, Albert Hanbridge; and seven grandchildren, Olivia, Frances, Andrew, Ryan, Emily, Jackson and Parker as well as a beloved uncle to his nieces and nephews.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Irene Conklin, and brother, Thomas Hanbridge.

His Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, April 5, 2024 at 10:30 AM from St. Eleanor's Catholic Church, 647 Locust Street, Collegeville, PA 19426.

Relatives and friends are invited to the viewings on Thursday, April 4, 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 224 West Main Street, Trappe, PA 19426.

Interment will take place in St. Ann's Cemetery, Phoenixville, PA.
