Charles L. Kemmerer, age 77, of Eagleville, PA passed away Sunday, September 24, 2023.

He was born in Fredericksburg, Virginia on December 12, 1945, the son of the late Charles Layfield and Thelma (Flippo) Kemmerer.

He was a retired Officer in the U.S. Army with 20 years of service. He then worked for the Federal Government and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He was an advocate for veterans.

He is survived by his wife, Carole Kemmerer (nee Wille) of Eagleville; daughter, Kimberly Pettine of Linfield; son, Kevin Musterait of Hatfield; daughter, Christina Kemmerer; and son, Charles Kemmerer; as well as seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

His Memorial Service will be held Friday, September 29, 2023 at 11:30 AM at the Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 224 West Main Street, Trappe, PA 19426. Relatives and friends are invited to the visitation on Friday morning from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the funeral home.
