Charles W. Carr, age 79, of Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania, passed away on July 27, 2026. 

He was born on November 2, 1946, in Philadelphia, PA, the son of the late Charles Carr and Alma (Drobil) Carr. 

Charles taught in Elementary Schools for the Abington School District and retired after 35 years of service. He honorably served in the U.S. Navy Reserves. 

Charles was happiest when working on home projects. He was able to do most everything that Linda, his wife of 57 years asked him to do. He loved his son Tim and supported him in all his endeavors. He was a loving husband, a great father, good friend, and neighbor. 

A visitation will be held on August 4, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 am at the Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 300 Fayette St., Conshohocken, PA 19428. 

Interment will be private at a later date in West Laurel Hill Cemetery. 

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to Gift of Life.
