Bridget Patricia Cook, 93, of Drexel Hill, PA, passed away peacefully on April 20, 2023.

Coming to America from Northern Ireland at the age of 23, Bridget first gained employment as a bookkeeper, before meeting her loving husband Jim, whom she married in 1958. She enjoyed sewing, tending to her garden, and walking with her friends. Bridget would never steer you wrong with her sage advice, be it financial decisions, proper etiquette, cooking tips, or even a little gossip now and then. Even though she would get cold easily, the warmth of her love could be felt by the entire family, who affectionately knew her as "Graby", a misspoken word from her first grandchild that would come to mean much more.

She is survived by her two daughters, Diane and Karen (Jeff), her four grandchildren Shannon, Kelly, Brennan and Brian, her sisters Sheila and Anne, and her brothers Tommy and Patsy. Her first great grandchild, Troy, was born the week before her passing. She was predeceased by her beloved husband James on March 29, 2023.

Relatives and friends are invited to the visitation on Wednesday, June 14 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM in St Bernadette RC Church, 1035 Turner Avenue, Drexel Hill, PA 19026.

Interment will take place in SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery.
