Brian Michael
Spitko
Jan 23, 1962 — Oct 28, 2022
Brian Michael Spitko, age 60, of Sinking Spring, PA passed away on Friday, October 28, 2022.
He was born in Norristown, PA on January 23, 1962, the son of Edward D. and Marjorie M. (Mulhall) Spitko.
Brian has been living in Sinking Spring for 14 years, formerly of Morgantown, Coatesville and Royersford, PA. He was a diehard Eagles fan and didn't miss a game whether they were winning or losing. Now he has the best seats in the house! Playing golf with his dad, brothers, and close friends brought so much joy to his life. Bragging rights and a few dollars were always being passed around. Brian played the guitar since he was a teenager and started to learn the piano just for fun. Every night his cat Samson would curl up by his side as he slept. Samson meant the world to him. Also close to his heart were the men from his weekly fellowship group and the people on his weekly zoom bible study group. The men from the fellowship group traveled to Brian when he was no longer able to venture out. He frequently talked about how important the people in both groups were in his life.
Brian is survived by his parents, Edward & Marjorie Spitko;
loving partner of 26 years, Dorothy "Dottie" Blauser;
three brothers, Daniel (Terri) Spitko, Edward Gary Spitko (Ian Bevilacqua), and Jeffrey Spitko;
sister, Susan Newland;
sister in-law, Lesley Spitko;
as well as many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews!
He was preceded in death by his brother, Kevin Spitko.
His Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, November 4, 2022 at 11:00 AM from St. Eleanor's RC Church, 647 Locust Street, Collegeville, PA. Relatives and friends may call on Friday morning from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Church.
