Billie Marie Feliciano

On a Sunday, June 4, 2023, Billie Marie (Smith) Feliciano, better known as Tootsie/Toot by her family and friends, peacefully passed away in her Gilbertsville, PA home.

Born on April 29, 1954, in Norristown, PA, she was lovingly raised by her late grandparents, Burton and Anna and Hertzog, whose nurturing hands shaped her into the extraordinary woman she became. She was also predeceased by her brother Warren (Junior) Smith, brother and sister-in-law Patrick and Bonnie Smith, and sister-in-law Linda Smith.

Billie's life was a testament to dedication and resilience, and she leaves behind a remarkable legacy of service. For 19 years, she dedicated her time and talents to Sacred Heart Hospital, where she held the position of housekeeping supervisor until its closure in 1994. Following this chapter of her life, Billie transitioned to serve Montgomery County in the public property department until the time of her well-deserved retirement.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Billie cherished her role as a devoted mother, a cherished "meme," sister, aunt, cousin, and friend. Her daughter, Tonya, wife of Robert Robbins, of Gilbertsville, PA, held a special place in her heart, as did her beloved granddaughters, Montanna and Madison and the precious memories they shared. She is also survived by her brothers Burton Smith, Pete Smith, and John Smith and sister-in-law Gerrie Smith. Billie's love for her family knew no bounds, and her nurturing spirit and unwavering presence will forever be etched in their hearts.

Billie embraced life with a vibrant spirit, finding joy in the simple pleasures and the company of dear friends. Whether it was traveling, enjoying music or the fun of dancing, she radiated an infectious zest for life that touched all who had the privilege of knowing her. Billie's warm smile, accompanied by her ever-present laughter, served as a testament to her genuine nature and her ability to find beauty in every moment.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday, June 9, 2023 at 10:30 AM from Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 224 West Main Street, Trappe, PA.

Friends may call on Friday, June 9, 2023 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the funeral home.

Interment will be private.
