Adina M. Farrell-Moore




Adina M. (Farrell) Moore, 62, of Worcester, PA passed away Wednesday, May 29, 2024.


She was born in Norristown, Pa on February 7, 1962, the daughter of the late James P. and the late Mary Ann "Dolly" (Bonkoski) Farrell, Jr.


Adina had been living in Worcester for over 15 years, formerly of Blue Bell and Conshohocken where she grew up.


She graduated from Plymouth - Whitemarsh High School of Plymouth Meeting, Pa




She worked as a Real Estate Agent with Realty One of Collegeville, Pa.




Survivors include Son Paul (& Francesca) Moore of Redondo Beach, Ca, Brother Charles W. "Chuck" Farrell of Skippack, Pa, Sister Karen Pozzie of Skippack, Pa, Sister Jacqueline (& Mike, Jr.) Capaldi of Phoenixville, Pa, also survived by her 2 Grandsons Monroe and Nolan




Along with her parents she was preceded in death by a brother James P. "Chip" Farrell, III.




Her Memorial Service will be held Thursday, June 6, 2024 at 10:30 AM from Moore, Snear & Ruggiero Funeral Home, 300 Fayette Street, Conshohocken, PA.




Friends may call on Thursday, June 6, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Funeral Home.




Interment will be private.
